Introduction

White sugar, as is well know, is necessary ingredient used in bakery industry, its supply quantity must be guaranteed for the large demand of bakery.WF-520 sugar grinder is till now the most advanced sugar grinder famous for its large capacity, fine powder size, stable working performance, and  more importantly, it protects the working environment from dust pollution.The design of dust collecting chamber realizes the clean production environment without any dust exposed out.

Usage

The working principle is quite simple: put white sugar into hopper, the machine will process it automatically. Under negative pressure, sugar is sucked into the grinding chamber for grinding and refining untill the powder reach the clients' size request, the sugar powder will be blown into pipes to go into discharging valve.A specific discharging valve is designed here to realize the continuous discharging without the need of stop the machineFor bakery industry, large quantity of sugar powder is needed. This sugar grinder is very suitable since it can make 12mt sugar powder within each 8 hour working shift.
